11:00Special Parochial Meeting at St WulstanSt Wulstan Conventional Drstrict: The official papers have been signed, sealed and deposited with the Registrar so the Conventional District comes fully into effect on March 10th. The new Priest in Charge (Canon Sue Sheriff) has been appointed as a House for Duty post for a minimum of 6 months with a brief to help St. Wulstan’s determine the ministry of the new long term appointment. At the Inaugural Annual Meeting (on 8 March) Churchwarden’s, Deanery Synod rep and new PCC will be elected.

19:30Licensing of Sue Sheriff at St WulstanOn Thursday March 19th @ 7.30 pm the Bishop of Selby will be licensing Sue Sheriff as the new Priest in Charge of St. Wulstan’s Conventional District. The service will be taking place in St. Wulstan’s. I am delighted that Joel Starkie and Caelestis have offered to come and provide the music for a Choral Evensong, with an eye to this becoming a more regular feature. If you are interested, please come and support - it really is a case of use it or lose it!
